- Mr. Rahul: The first F&B Manager of SB Kitchen, has been instrumental in translating Ashok’s vision into action. Rahul’s dedication, including late-night discussions at 1 a.m. and 2 a.m., ensures the restaurant is constantly evolving and meeting its goals.
- Mr. Parthiban: The Property Manager, brings invaluable insights from the local community. His support has been key to SB Kitchen’s seamless integration into the region and its growing popularity.
- Executive Chef Uday: Known for his creativity and passion, leads the culinary team with a focus on quality and innovation.
- Chef Tapan: An all-rounder with a specialty in Chinese and Thai cuisines, brings over 25 years of experience to SB Kitchen. His expertise elevates the kitchen’s ability to deliver authentic global flavors

What started as an in-house kitchen serving the four apartments at Blissful Stay has grown into a trusted food partner for over 25 hotels in the vicinity. As guests from nearby homestays discovered the allure of the Sky Dome and SB Kitchen’s flavorful dishes, word spread, and demand grew. Today, SB Kitchen is actively expanding to serve a 3-kilometer radius, providing high-quality meals to even more guests.
